Projects and folders - Workflow

The workflow determines which transitions between task/challenge statuses can be made by specific users. Each such transition must be pre-defined so that the user can change the status of the task or sub-task. These settings can be default or modified by the project manager.

ExampleIn case the task has the status In progress author and project manager have the possibility to change this status to Waiting, Cancelled, Returned, Resolved and Confirmed. Changing the status to Closed is only possible for the project manager.
