Manage - Workflow
In this section we can define the workflow. The settings we will enter here will be global for the whole instance.
Information about workflow can be found in section Projects and folder - workflow. Changing workflow settings is done by indicating an element (task, task without subtasks or sub-tasks) you want to define a workflow. Then choose from the list the status of the task/sub-task for which you want to set transitions.
After selecting the appropriate status, we can now indicate the roles that will be able to make the indicated transition. Confirm the change of settings by clicking Save.
If the permission settings indicate that the user cannot change status, the workflow settings are ignored. For more details about permissions, see Projects and folders - Permissions.
