How can I pay for the service?
You can pay for your service using your credit card. For larger companies, it is possible to pay by bank transfer on the basis of a pro-forma invoice (after prior contact).
Do I need to provide my credit card details when starting the trial period?
When using the trial period, you do not need to provide your card details. When registering, you will only be asked to provide your name, email address and password.
Can I increase the plan or number of users at any time?
You can change your plan or number of users at any time during your subscription. To do this, simply log in to your account on the Fortask.com and using the form change your parameters. Changes will be visible immediately, while the difference in price due to different plans or number of users will require payment with a credit card.
How do I cancel my subscription or trial period?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the user panel. The subscription will be valid until the end of the subscription period and no new fees will be charged. There is no need to cancel the trial version.
Can I have multiple services under one account?
You can add multiple services to a single account. Each service is separate from the rest. You run several teams at once? No problem. Each of them can operate as part of other services.
Can I install the Fortask application on my server?
Currently, we do not plan to introduce the ability to install Fortask applications on your server. However, it is possible to purchase a "dedicated server" service, where your service will be maintained on a separate server.
