Can I select a better plan at any time?
Yes. Regardless of which plan you choose, you can always change it at any time. All you need to do is log in to the service management panel at fortask.com, go to the selected service and complete the plan change form. In the case of extension as soon as the order is paid, the previous subscription will be canceled and the amount remaining until the end of the period for the previous plan is returned to your account
Do I need technical skills to use the Fortask application?
For the Fortask application you do not need any specific skills or knowledge that goes beyond normal use of computer. The system has been designed so that working with it is easy and pleasant. In case of any doubts regarding the operation, we encourage you to read the user documentation available on the website online.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The data is secured using the latest available tools. The privacy and security policy is compliant with the EU's GDPR directive. Each user adding a service receives an environment separated from other accounts. You can safely use the system without worrying about your private data.
How can I pay for the service?
The payment system is operated by Przelewy24 domain. Thanks to this, you can pay quickly and securely by having an account with any bank supported by Przelewy24 domain, BLIK codes or credit/debit cards. In addition, we also support payments via PayPal and traditional bank transfers.
Will I never be charged for a free account?
Free account is completely free of charge. There are no fees for using this account. We encourage you to register.
Do I have to provide debit or credit card data in order to set up a free account?
When creating an account with any plan (including free), we do not require payment card details. When registering, you will only be asked for your name, e-mail address and password.
Will the application continue to be developed?
Fortask is a new product that is constantly being improved and developed. There are many new modules planned for the most demanding clients. If you need specific features in the system, please contact us. Each request will be considered.
I need a feature that is not available in the application. What can I do?
Write us an e-mail or contact us via Facebook. The application is constantly developed. We create it for you, so if you need specific solutions - write to us! Perhaps it is your module that will be implemented with the next update.
Can I have multiple services on one account?
You can add multiple services on one account. Each service is separated from the rest. Are you running several teams at the same time? No problem! Each of them can operate as part of other services.
