Can I select a better plan at any time?
Yes. Regardless of which plan you choose, you can always change it at any time. All you need to do is log in to the service management panel at fortask.com, go to the selected service and complete the plan change form. In the case of extension as soon as the order is paid, the previous subscription will be canceled and the amount remaining until the end of the period for the previous plan is returned to your account
Do I need technical skills to use the Fortask application?
For the Fortask application you do not need any specific skills or knowledge that goes beyond normal use of computer. The system has been designed so that working with it is easy and pleasant. In case of any doubts regarding the operation, we encourage you to read the user documentation available on the website online.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The data is secured using the latest available tools. The privacy and security policy is compliant with the EU's GDPR directive. Each user adding a service receives an environment separated from other accounts. You can safely use the system without worrying about your private data.
How can I pay for the service?
All payments are made by the Stripe operator. You can safely save your card details and set it to for automatic payments. If you have no other option, we accept payments by traditional bank transfer after prior contact.
Will I not be charged for the trial account?
The trial account is completely free. By creating an account, you do not undertake any further subscription. After 14 days, the service is suspended and does not incur any additional charges.
Do I have to provide credit card details to set up an account?
When setting up an account with any plan, we do not require payment card details. When registering, you will only be asked to enter your name, e-mail address and password.
Will the application continue to be developed?
Fortask application is constantly being improved and developed. There are plans for many new modules prepared with the most demanding customers in mind. If you need specific functions in the system, please contact us. Each proposal will be considered.
I need a feature that is not available in the application. What can I do?
Write us an e-mail or contact us via Facebook. We consider any application development proposal. Perhaps it is your module that will be implemented in the next update.
Can I have multiple services on one account?
Multiple services can be added on one account. Each of the services is separate from the rest. Do you run several teams at once? No problem. Each of them can run as separate services.
